Kitsap County Administrator to Address 23rd District Democrats

Kitsap’s new County Adminisrator, Nancy Buonanno Grennan, will speak at the July 8 general meeting of the 23rd Legislative District Democrats, which meets from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Poulsbo Fire Hall. Mendy Droke, who replaced Clarence Moriwaki as Rep. Jay Inslee’s Poulsbo Office Manager, is also slated to speak.

As chief administrative officer for the county, Nancy oversees all six departments under the Board of Commissioners, including Public Works, Community Development, Administrative Services, Facilities, Parks & Recreation, Information Services and Personnel and Human Services. She has 20 years experience in human resources, labor relations and policy development, and was previously Labor Relations Manager for King County. From 2000 to 2004 she was Labor Relations for Kitsap County.
