North Kitsap Herald Endorses Appleton and Rolfes

The Editorial Board of the North Kitsap Herald has endorsed Sherry Appleton for Position 1 and Christine Rolfes for Position 2 of the House of Representative for the 23rd District. Appleton was nearly unanimously endorsed, and the majority of the board agreed that Rolfes was the better choice in her race in terms of attitude, teamwork and leadership.
